The LAN multicast bootstrap beacon (agentspaces.multicast.*, spec §10.1 bootstrap: multicast; off by default). When enabled the node announces its listening endpoints on the multicast group every interval-millis and dials peers it hears, so a LAN fleet needs no seeds; every advertisement learned this way is still verified on its own terms. The beacon carries seed addresses only.
