Class	Description
PushSumAggregate	The aspace:cap/aggregate capability (spec §8): gossip aggregation over the group's capability pipes.
PushSumAggregate.Estimate	A settled estimate handed to an PushSumAggregate.onEstimate(Predicate, PushSumAggregate.Settle, Consumer) listener (ISSUE-OnEstimate).
PushSumAggregate.Mode	The aggregation operators (spec §8: sum|avg|count|min|max|quantile).
PushSumAggregate.Quantile	The PushSumAggregate.Mode.QUANTILE declaration: which quantile to read and the histogram it is read from.
PushSumAggregate.Settle	When an estimate counts as settled: unchanged, within a relative tolerance of the larger of one and the last value, for a number of consecutive ticks.
